What's New in My Wardrobe - May Edition

 Welcome back to another post! Well, this week is the last week of the month of May. Where did the month go?! Time sure does seem to fly.

   

   Well, this week I thought I'd show y'all what's new in my wardrobe for this month! Oh, and just to let you know, I did buy a few of these items in the last weeks of April, but I decided to add them to the May edition.

   Let's jump into the post!

Item No. 1

Periwinkle Tied Top, Walmart 

   You may have seen this piece like, a hundred times! (Lol) Yes, this shirt is one of my favorites. I wore it on my birthday and I really like it. I like wearing a cami tank top underneath, and the periwinkle color goes pretty well with any color tank top.

Item No. 2

Mid-rise Distressed Rockstar Super Skinny Jeans, Old Navy

   Next item on our list is my new jeans! I absolutely love these jeans. Though I did buy my regular jean size, I found that these were a little big around the waist, but other than that they fit pretty well and stay true to size. I will definitely be showing y'all some more outfits with these!

Item No. 3

Mad Love Keava Footbed Sandals, Target

   So this is a little sneaky peaky at what my next post will be on (wink wink). I just recently bought these and I LOVE THEM SO MUCH. 

   So recently I've been wanting a pair of Birkenstocks, but they are a little (and by a little I mean a lot) out of my budget so I had to go with the next best thing. And these are amazing. They are super cute and Target has a bunch of different colors and styles! 

   One thing I would say about these though is that they are a little uncomfortable at first because your foot has to break into the shoe, but other than that they are great! You'll be seeing a lot of these in my summer looks!

Item No. 4

Flowy Striped Pants, Walmart

   The next item for this post is this one! I have mentioned this piece in my other post, 5 Stylish (Yet Affordable) Outfits to Try This Spring, and they are absolutely adorable! I think these pants are so comfortable and stylish and just adds a breezy spring flair to any outfit!

   One thing I would say about these though is that they get wrinkly really easily, as you can see in the picture. So, if you want to wear them I'd suggest ironing them.

Item No. 5

Side Tie Tie Dyed T-shirt, Walmart

   And last but not least is this item! So let me tell you a little story about this shirt...

   I was browsing through Walmart one night and saw this shirt hanging up. I thought, Oh yeah, that's cute but I didn't really think anything about it. We kept walking around and we came back to it, and I found my size. 

   It was then that I was like, Okay, I'm buying this.

   

   See, it's super soft and comfortable. And, of course, it's got my name on it (lol!). I also loved the tie dye colors, as it just brings a fun pop of color to my wardrobe. So yeah, I love this shirt!
