Hello guys and welcome back to another post!

Ok, can I just be real with y'all for a minute? Where has this month gone? I swear it was just the 4th of July only like a week ago!

Though it's been a weird year (what a perfect time to start a blog, right? Lol, what have I done to myself 🤦) and it feels a little strange that it's already August, I definitely have enjoyed my summer break.

I got my license, did multiple Christian book studies with friends, and even applied for a job! So yeah, for how uneventful this year has been I felt like this summer was sorta busy and definitely, definitely stressful and gray-hair-inducing (lol)!

All that to say, unlike last month's What's New post, I actually have a lot of items that I bought this month!

Well, actually, I did buy most of these items like the last week of June, but since I had already finished my other post I decided to add them to this month's post, because why not?

And, you may have already seen some of what I bought in my other recent posts! So, if you decided to buy some of the items from one of my posts, you'll get to join me in reviewing them today. (Not really, but you can do it in your head or review them in my comments section if you would like!)

Enough of the chit chat, let's get to item number 1!

Item No. 1

Now, I don't know why, but finding shorts during this season is so hard! I looked in every store, every website, and could not find a good pair of decent priced shorts. So, as a last-ditch effort, I managed to find these!

I actually found these in the girls section at Old Navy, but hey, it's kinda hard to find shorts in my size right now so they'll have to do. And, I really like them! I like to think that I bought 4 pairs, because not only can I wear them like they are in the pic, but I can also roll up the cuff a little more and get a different look.

  Onto our next item!

Item No. 2

Burnt Orange Jumpsuit, similar here from Poshmark
Our next item is this jumpsuit! I actually found this one at Forever 21 in the clearance bucket for (get this) $9!

And it is so cute! I love this jumpsuit and cannot wait to show y'all it in some outfits soon! The only thing I don't like about it is the tube top, as it tends to squeeze my armpits or fall down. But, I'm planning on wearing a jean jacket, sweater, or chambray shirt with it so I don't have to worry about that.

Since it was found in a clearance bucket I couldn't find the exact match, so I found a pretty similar (and cute) piece for y'all!

Item No. 3

Pink Striped Cap-Sleeve Shirt, Old Navy

Now this might be my favorite item on the list! I love, love, LOVE this shirt so much and it is so worth the buy!

It's a cute, flowy, trendy summery piece that I totally recommend because it can be worn so many ways. I've worn it more than once and I can tell you it is my favorite summer shirt, hands down.

Item No. 4

Softest Pineapple Tee, Old Navy
Now this is another item I found in the girls section, but there's a reason behind it...

I actually had found a shirt super similar to this in the women's section, but it was too big for me and it was the only one. Walking around the store, I managed to find this in the girls section! And, it was only $3 at the time!

If you know me you know I love all things pineapples, cacti, llamas, and sloths, so of course I had to get this! And it is such a cute and classy little tee that I absolutely love. I made an outfit with this and I'll be showing y'all sometime in the future, so keep your eyes peeled!

Item No. 5

Baby Yoda Tee, Target

Alright y'all, I don't know about you, but when Disney's The Mandalorian came out on Disney+, I fell in love with Baby Yoda (or, to be cinematically correct, the Child)!

And ever since, I've wanted one. But, since he's not real unfortunately, the next best thing is a t-shirt! And so I found this at Target and I love it! It's super comfortable and I love the vintage look so much!

Item No. 6

Chambray Shirt, Old Navy
Now our next item is an absolute wardrobe must! This chambray shirt has me so excited for the fall weather, because it's going to be such a staple piece that I'm looking forward to styling!

And, you may recognize it from my recent post, Outfits to Wear With Swimsuits - A Summer Staple Piece!. I also posted an outfit with the striped shirt from item no. 3, so if you're looking for some inspo head over to that other post!

Item No. 7

Gray Old Skools, Vans
You knew you weren't going to get a good post without shoes, right?

For our last item I wanted to show y'all my new favorite shoes (besides my footbed sandals, lol). And that is these gray Old Skool Vans! I think these are so cute and they go with just about anything.

I wanted new Vans but I wasn't sure what color to get and I wanted something that wasn't plain black or white but something that also matched with a lot, so I decided I'd go with gray. And boy, was that a a great decision! I've worn these with so many different outfits and they are just so easy to pair with anything!

Well, guys, that's it for what's new in my wardrobe. I hope you enjoyed it and I hope to see y'all next week!
